Invision Events has built a reputation in Alabama and Georgia as the go-to wedding planning firm for ultra personalized weddings. Our philosophy is simple: create a wedding that reflects the couple’s personality and love and let them shine throughout the day. It is all about you and your vision. We just make it come together.
Merging her love of organization and design, Julie started Invision Events after graduating from Auburn University with a goal to give brides a well excuted and uniquely designed event. She thrives off seeing her clients enjoying the most important day in their lives. "I’m a down-to-earth person who likes to dream big. I love people. I love my clients. I love making their day perfect. When a bride gets wrapped up in the events of her wedding day and forgets that I'm there, I know I've done my job."
She loves good champagne, bad television, carbs of all kinds and dogs in cute neckwear. She prefers diamonds to pearls and heels to flats. She believes in being a four season person: skiing in the winter, boating in the summer and Auburn sports in between. Julie and her husband, Dallas, live in Auburn with their adopted greyhounds, Oliver and Huck. They enjoy traveling, training for marathons and major DIY projects which usually end up with Julie directing and Dallas executing. It works best that way.
Courtney’s innate love of people, planning, and organizing led her to Invision. She serves as our Wedding Planner and Marketing Director for the Birmingham area and is a two-time graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Marketing as well as her MBA. Courtney has a unique background in the logistics and fine details of wedding planning and is thrilled to bring her newlywed perspective to our savvy, sophisticated brides.
Her style is a mix of all things classic, traditional, and southern, but loves when she can add a trendy, eclectic twist. She’s guilty as charged with obsessing over monograms, eating chocolate for breakfast, and shopping online entirely too much. She and her husband, Greg, live in Homewood and are currently building their dream home in Chelsea. They enjoy traveling to exotic desintations, sleeping in on Saturdays, and pretty much everything Auburn.
Elizabeth, or Liz to us, serves as a Wedding Director for the Birmingham area. Growing up in a small southern town in rural Alabama, weddings were the social event of the year. Whether it was helping her mother with the planning and execution of a bridal tea, assisting with the rehearsal and ceremony, being in the wedding, and even on occasion singing in the ceremony, Liz has been involved with weddings in some fashion for most of her life.
She is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Health Services Administration. Liz felt the desire to combine her management and professional event coordinating skills with her love of weddings to fulfill her creative talents. This is what led her to Invision Events.
Liz is a resident of Birmingham. She enjoys traveling, any excuse for a social event or party, decorating, home improvement projects, antiquing, and spending time with family and friends.
Wade serves as our Wedding Director for the central Alabama and west Georgia area. She spent several years as the Catering Sales Manager in Birmingham at the Sheraton Birmingham downtown as well as in Auburn at the Auburn Opelika Marriott at Grand National. In her time at both establishments, she worked with many different types of clients and many different types of weddings.
Wade has also received her Wedding Certification from the Auburn Opelika Marriott at Grand National. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She and her husband, Robert, live in Auburn, welcomed their first son in December of 2012 and are expecting their second child this summer.
Kaitlynne serves as our Wedding Director for the Atlanta area. As one of six children, she has always loved organizing, getting things in proper order, details, people, and a great party! She is a graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. As a recent newlywed herself, she understands and connects with engaged couples on a very personal level during their wedding planning process.
Kaitlynne loves good wine, reading political biographies, elephants, running (during random motivational spurts a few times a year), quality skincare products, and all things Jacqueline Kennedy. She and her husband Justin, a native of South Africa, live in the Midtown Atlanta neighborhood. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and lake life in the summer.
Morgan fell in love with all of the details that go into making a bride’s day perfect while she interned with Invision Events in 2013. She graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Auburn University and after moving to Atlanta, saw the opportunity for her to grow her role with Invision by taking on the title of Wedding Director for the Atlanta area.
“I love customizing the details of a wedding to fit the couple’s love story,” Morgan says. “I love all things southern and believe that you should always have some sparkle.”
Morgan balances her city life with a love for her family’s farm just south of Atlanta in Griffin, Ga.
