I’m having an affair. I admit it to you right here. I have fallen hard for metallics in weddings. For a long time I felt that metallics were too bold to use in my less-is-more style of design. And I am totally happy to be completely wrong. To be sure, metals need to be used sparingly, with a very light hand. But, placed in the right spots with the right undertones and you have an amazing palette. Use golds to perfection on trims and accents with neutrals and blush tones. Instead of an overdone glam look, you will get a refined and chic palette that can work in any season. Have fun! Until next time… XOXO, Julie
