April Showers Bring May Flowers

Welcome to the weekend!

If you happen to do the ole southern tradition of burying the bourbon to prevent your outdoor wedding from getting rained on, there is still a slight chance that it might happen. It’s always a good idea to have a plan B…and even C, D, E and possibly F. For those of you planning to have a gorgeous outdoor venue, here are some ways to make the best out of a rainy situation!

Have your reception in a tent! No matter the weather, it’s always a great way to keep your guests cool while celebrating outdoors.

Provide umbrellas during the ceremony. If they don’t use it then, they could always bring it out when needed! Plus it makes a cute favor.

Have your bridesmaids wear cute rain boots. They can be matching or mix-matched, either way they’ll look super adorable and super prepared!

Use the umbrellas as props for bridal pictures. Any excuse to add more fun flare, is a great one.

Lastly, what bride has never wanted to be kissed romantically in the rain?! Take this opportunity to capture some breathtaking pictures with your new hubby.

Technically, no one or nothing can rain on your parade.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Lots of love,
