An intimate Birmingham rehearsal dinner at {Clubhouse on Highland}

When it came time to plan Rachel + Clark’s rehearsal dinner (yeah, we do that, too!) they already had the perfect spot in mind. Since Clark owns Rojo, they knew Clubhouse on Highland would be a great option to stay in the neighborhood with it’s warm and inviting woodtones and roaring fireplaces. Plus, who could then turn down an after party right across the street?!

For this intimate winter affair, we assembled our favorite team. Jessica with Empress Stationery designed a beautiful suite that included a hand drawn sketch of the venue and a custom wax seal.  I
really loved how we were able to incorporate some masculinity into it all.

Maggie, Mac and the entire team at Shindigs orchestrated an absolutely delicious sit down dinner and then topped it off with the groom’s favorite, a Tres Leches cake. Buffy’s florals were the perfect touch, along with all of the hand-lettered pieces by our good friend Avivi, with The Refined Pen. And we were lucky to have Mary Margaret Smith behind the lens that night, capturing all of the tender moments before the big day. So enjoy these photos and thanks to all for giving Rachel, Clark and their families such a special evening!

Cheers! Courtney
