Sarah and Drew’s spring Birmingham wedding was basically perfect. The weather that day was so lovely with the warm May sunshine and a nice, light breeze. When we first met Sarah and heard about her plans for a Regions Field reception, we were instantly intrigued. Once we settled on a color palette of dusty blues, warm pinks and a hint of gold our creative juices really started flowing.
Sarah is a native of Chicago, so downtown Birmingham was the perfect setting to entertain all of her out of town guests, as well as Drew’s native Homewood clan. Every last detail of the day was such a dream! Johnny and the Loveseats put on a crazy, jaw-dropping good show, the ladies at HotHouse wowed us with gorgeous spring florals and pops of color, and we all enjoyed delicious sweets from Pasty Art.
Sarah was glowing all day, Drew was dapper as ever and with Mary Margaret Smith behind the lens, you know you’re in great hands. Thank you so much MM for sharing these images with us and to Sarah and Drew for allowing us to plan such a special day. We loved every second and send our best wishes for the future!
