At the beginning of this month, we shared our favorite picks for wedding dress shops in Birmingham. This week, we’re giving a shout-out to our brides the next state over by spotlighting our favorite gown shops in Atlanta. While there are plenty of locations to choose from – too many to count, really – these boutiques take the cake in terms of style, selection and service. Which ones would you like to visit? Let us know in the comments!
Joan Pillow Bridal Salon
For the couture bride, there’s Joan Pillow. With a tagline of “Simply the Finest” and nearly 30 years’ experience operating a luxury wedding gown shop in Atlanta, this salon showcases gowns ranging in style from simple to fashion-forward.
Kelly’s Closet
Situated in one of Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods, Kelly’s Closet prides itself on offering a unique selection of wedding gowns – ones you won’t find anywhere else. Providing a casual, laid back atmosphere, brides can expect to feel comfortable and unrushed selecting their gowns from start to finish.
The Sentimentalist
The Sentimentalist is a designer bridal shop in the Westside neighborhood. With a focus on vintage and boho style, this family-owned business offers a unique selection of gowns, a lovely space for visitors to relax and fabulous customer service from owners Gabi and Krista.
BHLDN
Located within Howell Mill Road’s Anthropologie is BHLDN, the trendy store’s romantic bridal line. Exposed lofted ceilings, huge windowpanes and plenty of natural light offer the most intimate setting in which to select your gown and bridal accessories.
Bridals by Lori
If you’re a Say Yes to the Dress fan, Bridals by Lori is a must! However, it’s still the classy dress shop it was before the salon became famous. In addition to incomparable service, brides have access to an extra-large space featuring an unparalleled selection of gowns and accessories. (Hint: They’re now accepting applications for Season 10!)
The White Magnolia
Chic, elegant and sophisticated are the best words to describe this Atlanta gown salon. Brides can sip a glass of champagne while leisurely shopping for a dress. This shop has been featured in Style Me Pretty, Southern Weddings and The Knot.
Winnie Couture
Winnie Couture, a high-end brand mixing modern with classic and sophisticated, is headquartered in Beverly Hills. Now available in Atlanta, brides can channel high-fashion on their wedding day – even in the Southeast – while still exemplifying classic, feminine style.
