I’m so excited to be on the speakers roster for the upcoming Engage!19 held at the stunning Baha Mar resort in Nassau, Bahamas. Kathryn and Rebecca have built the Engage! conference to be a cannot-miss experience for anyone in the luxury wedding industry. I’ve been fortunate to have attended three past Engage! Summits and this one promises to be the best yet. The incredible content that is part of every event, the relationships that I’ve been able to create and foster, and the community that we now find ourselves in all feeds into what makes Engage! so special.

I’m still humbled to have been asked to lead a breakout session at Baha Mar. I’ll be exploring in depth how Building a Big Brand in a Small Market is not only possible but crucial in setting yourself apart from your competition and raising the standards of your local market. This is a process that I’ve lived myself in building my own brand and have become passionate about speaking to other creatives as they work through their journey. Things this session will touch on is how to have a brand-centered mindset, creating a big picture focus to move your brand forward and how to make brand-centered decisions – both the yes and the no.
