Holly and Andrew have a super fun story, and while I don’t want to spill all of the beans just yet, let’s just say these two are true high school sweethearts.

When she told me they were going to do their engagement shoot not far from where we live (oh yeah, did I mention Holly’s parents literally live right behind me in our new neighborhood? Small world, huh?) I never could have imagined it would be this beautiful.

Holly’s family are friends with the owner of this stunning property located just minutes from Birmingham. It has even been featured in Southern Living Magazine and I mean seriously? I can totally see why!

Bringing their A game just a few weekends ago on this shoot was the husband and wife team of Alex and Sara Lucas with AL Weddings, as well as Brittney Shelton, who shared her talent for Holly’s etheral hair and make-up look.

We couldn’t be more excited to see Holly and Andrew get married at local wedding venue, Douglas Manor in April. With favorite Birmingham floral designer HotHouse Design Studio as well as Birmingham wedding paper genius Empress Stationery on board we know it’s going to be simply stunning. We’ve got a little bit more planning to do with this sweet couple, so stay tuned!
