Sarah Margaret + Jeffrey: A Southern Country Club Wedding {Montgomery, Ala.}

I can’t say enough about how much I love looking through the images of Sarah Margaret and Jeffrey’s day. I of course got to know them personally. But I am certain that these images convey exactly how sweet and full of love these two are.

They decided to hold their wedding in Sarah Margaret’s home town of Montgomery. We fought off showers during the morning, but the rain broke away just in time for the bride and groom to share their first look on the golf course at the Montgomery Country Club. The backdrop lent the perfect classic scene for Sarah Margaret’s design.

The ceremony was another classic at First United Methodist Church. Crystal Strickland with Southern Posies did a stunning alter focus floral piece. The barely peach and blush tones were accented with soft greens for a distinctly southern flare. The floral scheme carried into the reception at Montgomery Country Club where guests were invited to dine and dance the night away with All in One. They capped the night with wedding cake from one of my very favorites, Olexa’s.

I have looked through these amazing images so many times and I love them more each time I do. I can’t get past the way that Sarah Margaret and Jeffrey look at each other. It’s some of my favorite wedding portraits ever. Many thanks to Madelyn Nicole Studio for capturing them perfectly!
