As we inch closer to 2020 and all of the newness that comes with it, we can’t help but be completely ecstatic for our couples marrying in this new decade. And of course, Katie and Rich are no exception!

These  two are tying the knot at May River Chapel in an intimate ceremony that includes their nearest and dearest. With a reception to follow in the Oak Ballroom, guests will enjoy all the amenities that Palmetto Bluff has to offer amidst a slow and relaxing wedding weekend in the low country.

Hailing from Tampa (Katie) and Boston (Rich) these two met at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. where they both had summer internships in a political science program. Early on, they knew they had something very special and despite the distance continued to date until they got engaged seven years later at the site of one of their first dates, the Lincoln Memorial.
