She’s a librarian. He owns Rojo. Together they are the completely chill and super stylish couple, Rachel and Clark.
When I first met Rachel I instantly loved her. She has an infectious smile and a warm presence that you can’t help but want to be around and her sense of humor isn’t bad, either. Throw her Peruvian fiance in the mix and you’ve got yourself a party for three.
We’re currently planning both Rachel and Clark’s January Birmingham wedding as well as their rehearsal dinner and let me tell you, it’s gonna be something really special. We are genuinely giddy with excitement to see the creative team we’ve put together come to life. Think: Birmingham Museum of Art, Clubhouse on Highland, Shindigs, Buffy Hargett Flowers, Olexa’s, A.G. Lighting and Empress Stationery, all captured by local favorite Mary Margaret Smith. We even have a musical guest surprise in store, but I can’t give it all away just yet.
In the meantime, enjoy this couple’s sweet engagement session, which was shot at Rojo (yeah, we had to) and in and around Avondale, where they reside with their pup, Tilly. I truly appreciate how personal our couples are making their engagement sessions by incorporating various elements of their relationship and lifestyle and I am so happy we had Mary Margaret behind the lens on this one.
Rachel and Clark, the countdown is on and we’re thrilled to be on this journey with you!
Cheers!
